'So Bad' was written out of a very personal and traumatic experience that I had. A hard relationship. Toxic love that just never seems to end and you can't seem to get off the rollercoaster. But there is that phase in every relationship as it comes to its conclusion that things become clear. They are not for you. Not anymore. We've all been there once or twice. You now realise they are just bad for you, but occasionally you dragged back in.

This track is raw and honest and to some the lyrics are confronting.
Thought about changing it... but I didn't.
