LUsco Foundation
I started this foundation to help women across Australia get access to crisis and support services faster, close the gap of missing services and to campaign for better quality and consistent prevention programs starting in schools to enable us to change the future. Violence against women impacts way too many of us and it's time for us to help instead of just talk about it. So if you'd like to help here are a few ways you can get involved:
- Follow LUSCO Foundation social media accounts to help drive awarenss of the project.
- If you work at an organisation that has programs to support initiatives like this, then please open doors. Make an introduction and help be at the forefront of change. Funding will make all the difference on the speed and quality of the project.
- Introduce me to women with lived experience so I can test and validate my thinking and the platform with others who have experienced emotional, physical and/or financial abuse. My perspective, my lived experience is just one story. I would like to create something that is comprehensive and resonates with as many women as possibl.
- Download my song ‘Don’t' below. I will donate 100% of net proceeds (after bantransaction fees) to going towards the project. While I'm already funding start up costs for this project, I want to do more. You'll get a great song in exchange. Direct download from my website results in the most funds. You can contribute as much as you like.
